Reddit depends on the mods' view and it's per-subreddit basis, you can say "A" in one sub and gets banned but it's actually agreed in another sub. Twitter (X is a stupid name) depends on the owners / admins view and it's sitewide, other users may say some mean things to you but only the admins can delete your tweet.
