Once you know the price point you are targetting (assuming you are the CEO) then you would want to find someone with experience distributing software into that price point. Ideally from a position of having done by the IC and decision making roles. So if you are selling software that costs $10k/year, you would want to find someone who had both sold/marketed software directly to customers at $10k/year, and who had ideally also decided it should be $10k as opposed to $1k or $100k, and then tried things until they figured it out. The rest of the "business" stuff is much more learnable (ie. legal, HR, accounting) when the time comes, and won't impact 0-1 success at all.
