Meta Platforms (META) has announced the acquisition of Moltbook, a social networking service for AI agents, for an undisclosed amount. Moltbook's founders, Matt Schlicht and Ben Parr, will join Meta Superintelligence Labs, with the deal expected to finalize by mid-March.
